My skills include many types of massage though I specialize in lymphatic and prenatal massage. When you schedule an appointment, I work with you to discover which style best suits your needs. Additionally, I am available for chair massage in your office or at a home party.
Prenatal massage
Massage during pregnancy offers several health benefits to the mother. It contributes to shorter labor and reduced tearing during delivery. Massage also lessens the need for medication, which in turn minimizes depression and anxiety. Overall, prenatal massage leads to shorter hospital stays for new mothers.

LaStone Therapy $95 per one hour.
LaStone is a therapy utilizing hot and cold stone to relieve muscle tension and pain and to increase your body’s ability to relax and be in tune with itself and Mother Earth. It is an ancient modality-that is highly sought after in upscale salons and spas for its nurturing and healing qualities.
Massage Extras
*Hot Stones (minimal work and placement with HOT stones to release deep muscle tension to maximize time and release during a deep tissue or swedish massage session) $15 extra.
*Additional Minutes (always call in advance if you need extra time to make sure time is available) : 5-30 minutes: $1 per minute.
Basic doula package: $750
- Three prenatal visits (includes initial interview)
- Twenty hours of labor support (additional time charged at $20 per hour)
- Two hours of post birth assistance (or until the baby sucessfully takes his first feed whichever comes first)
- One postpartum meeting either two, four or six weeks after the birth
Basic package plus prenatal massage: $950
- Adds four prenatal massages to the basic doula package.
